Laura Noce is a seasoned Human Resources executive and trusted advisor who helps organizations build the people, culture, and systems needed to thrive. With more than 25 years of progressive HR experience, she brings a strategic, practical perspective to people strategy, business performance, organizational culture, and risk.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Jefferson Solutions Group, Laura leads human capital strategy across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, and Security. She advises the leadership team, aligning people priorities with Jefferson’s mission, growth strategy, customer requirements, and contract performance.

Laura translates business goals into practical workforce strategies, integrating talent, leadership, culture, compliance, workforce analytics, and technology to strengthen decisions and performance.

Before joining Jefferson, Laura held senior Human Resources and Facility Security Officer roles with Starry Associates, ERP International, and MIL Corporation, supporting complex, highly regulated federal government contractors.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and holds an active Top Secret security clearance.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys boating, gardening, Pilates, eating crabs, and spending time with her three daughters and Shih Tzu, Coco.
