Jessica Dusewicz brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen financial performance, and make confident, informed business decisions. Known for her practical approach and steady leadership, she translates financial insights into strategies that support long-term growth.

As Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Jefferson Solutions Group, Jessica oversees enterprise accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, and financial systems governance. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she also advises on enterprise strategy, risk management, resource allocation, and growth.

Since joining Jefferson in 2022, Jessica has strengthened the company’s financial operations during a period of significant growth and transformation. She played a key role in supporting a successful company sale, enhancing financial visibility and forecasting, strengthening internal controls, and maintaining zero material audit findings across multiple audit cycles.

Before joining Jefferson, Jessica held finance and accounting roles supporting government contractors, including nearly a decade with Kearney & Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys live music, staying active, long walks with her German Shepherd, and creating memorable experiences with her family.
