Jefferson CARES

Jefferson CARES (Celebrates, Acknowledges, Responds, Energizes, and Strengthens) is tasked with organizing and engaging Jefferson in community service volunteer efforts throughout the year. Jefferson believes in serving and supporting the communities in which we live and work. 

Giving back to the community is interwoven into the culture at Jefferson. Our employees’ support, dedication, and passion help strengthen the partnerships we build in the communities where we work and live. Volunteerism is encouraged to network, team-build, and develop leadership skills while making a difference.  

As an employee of Jefferson, you are authorized one paid service day each year to leave the comforts of your desk and step out to help those in need. This service day allows you to contribute to a wide variety of initiatives that are personally meaningful to you. 

Employee Engagement Council

The Employee Engagement Council (EEC) is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive work environment by organizing fun and meaningful activities that bring employees together. 

EEC plays a key role in bringing our people together through thoughtfully planned events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and volunteer opportunities. 

From team-building activities and cultural observances to casual get-togethers and virtual hangouts, the goal is simple: to create space for connection, joy, and belonging. 

Internship Program

Our internship program is more than just a foot in the door, it’s a launchpad for the next generation of talent.  

We believe in giving interns the opportunity to do meaningful work, contribute to real projects, and grow alongside experienced professionals who are invested in their development.
